  • OriCAR-017

    OriCAR-017 is a GPRC5D targeting CAR-T for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma. OriCAR-017 has achieved a 100% Objective Response Rate and a 100% MRD negative rate in its preliminary clinical study. The study consisted of 3 dose levels and showed deep and durable responses in all groups, including 5 patients who relapsed from BCMA CAR-T therapy with 2 sCRs and 3 VGPRs. No dose-limiting toxicities, serious adverse events, immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome(ICAN) or tissue-targeted toxicity observed in the study. And only grade 1 or 2 cytokine release syndrome(CRS) was observed, fully demonstrating a favorable safety profile. (Data cut-off June 30, 2022)

  • Ori-C101

    Ori-C101 is a GPC-3 targeting CAR-T for the treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC).<br>Preliminary clinical data showed positive efficacy and a manageable safety profile. Of the 10 evaluable subjects, 6 achieved Partial Response (PR), 3 achieved Stable Disease (SD), and 1 Progressive Disease (PD), achieving a 60% Objective Response Rate and 90% Disease Control Rate.   • What are Clinical Trials?

    Clinical Trial refers to any systematic study of a drug in human (patients or healthy volunteers) to confirm or reveal the effects, adverse reactions, and/or absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of the drug in test, with the aim of determining the efficacy and safety of the test drug. Clinical trials are generally divided into phases I, II, III and IV. The main purpose of Phase I clinical trials is to study the safety and tolerability of the drug in humans, and the main purpose of Phase II clinical trials is to evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of the drug in patients with the target indication.

  • Potential benefits to participants

    ·Opportunity to use new therapies that are not yet on the market: therapies that are still in the clinical stage may be more effective than currently marketed therapies, and participants may have the opportunity to use newer therapies earlier than other patients.

    ·Better review and follow-up: Clinical trials are often accompanied by regular review and follow-up visits, in which the clinical study's physicians pay close attention to the subject's test results and any adverse reactions encountered.

    ·Financial: Most of the drugs in clinical trials are provided free of charge and may come with transportation and medical allowance. This may reduce the financial burden on the subject to a certain extent.

    ·Unexpected side effects: Unanticipated side effects, or side effects that are higher than those of standard treatment, may occur during clinical trials.

    ·More time spent: Many clinical studies require subjects to go to the hospital for regular checkups and follow-up visits, which can take more time and effort than for the average patient.

    ·May be less effective: The clinical trial drug may have no effect for the participant or may be less effective compared to common treatments.

  • What is CAR-T?

    CAR-T is the abbreviation of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell. It is a type of immunotherapy that kills tumors through the body's own immune cells. The basic preparation process of CAR-T therapy is: Isolate the T cells from the patient's peripheral blood. Genetically engineer the T cells in vitro. After the modified T cells are expanded and cultured to a certain number, infuse the cells back to the patient in order to quickly identify and kill tumor cells.
